Morocco hopes that its interests will be taken into account when concessions and advantages are granted to other Mediterranean third countries under future agreements between these countries and the European Community. 2. On the basis of the principles referred to in paragraph 1, the Parties shall, where appropriate, conclude agreements on the mutual recognition of certificates.
